Culture needs spirit, like old walls need strong wines in character. Our 350-year-old vine, with its foliage that spreads over 350 sq m, is the oldest and largest vine in Europe . From the grapes we make our own white wine in the castle cellars. Every year wine gourmets can buy 500 bottles of our limited, numbered and certified wine.
At celebrations, or with a typical Tyrolean snack, we serve excellent wines from both South Tyrol and from our vineyard in Tuscany.
